About
A framework for falling in love with who you actually are
The Idea
Most of us spend years trying to figure out what's wrong with us. Why certain people don't connect with us, why certain roles don't fit, why we keep showing up in ways that feel slightly off from what's expected.
Her Archetypes is built on a different premise: there is nothing wrong with you. You are a particular kind of woman, with a particular kind of energy, and that energy is not a flaw to be corrected. It's worth understanding.
When you know your archetype, something shifts. You stop trying to be everything. You start recognizing what's actually yours. Your strengths, your energies, your way of moving through the world.
A real example
Maybe he wasn't interested. Instead of spiraling into "what's wrong with me," you have a different thought: he's more drawn to Huntress energy, and I'm not that. And that's ok. You simply aren't his type, and knowing that protects something in you that comparison and self-criticism would have slowly worn away.
That's what this work is for. Building self-worth through self-knowledge.
Why archetypes
I've asked myself that question a lot. I love all of these systems. But archetypes have stayed with me in a way the others haven't, and I think I finally understand why.
Most personality systems describe what you do. They give you a profile of your behavior patterns, your tendencies, your preferences under stress. That's useful. But archetypes describe something else: what you are. The quality of your energy.
And they're timeless. These figures weren't just invented by a psychologist in a study. They've been recognized across cultures and centuries, in mythology, in religion, in story, in art.
I also think, for women especially, it matters that this framework was built to see us. Most personality systems were built from a roughly gender-neutral, implicitly masculine baseline. Feminine archetypes name the quality of feminine energy specifically. For a lot of women, that feels like being seen for the first time by something designed to see you.
A note: this site speaks to women because that's the lens I built it through. But these archetypes belong to anyone who feels called to them. If you're a man, non-binary, or somewhere else entirely and you recognize yourself here, that recognition is just as real. Energy doesn't have a gender requirement.

The Creator
Designer. Coach. Songwriter.
I built Her Archetypes because I believe deeply that understanding yourself helps you stop apologizing for who you are.
I've been drawn to archetypes for a long time, as I find that they take feminine energy to a deeper level.
My archetypes
In case you're wondering: yes, I've taken the quiz (in fact, many versions of the quiz). My primary archetypes are the Maiden, the Lover, the Mystic, and the Sage. The woman who sees beauty in things, who feels deeply, who is always in awe of the world, who loves to learn, who loves her inner peace.
Growing up, movies and the women around me made me think I needed to be feisty, challenge-seeking, and adventurous like a Huntress, or a magnetizing leader like a Queen, in order to be loved. It took time, but I finally came to understand who I truly am through the feminine archetypes. I learned to recognize the specific shape of my own gifts rather than reaching for someone else's.
✦ Fun tip: having 3–4 primary archetypes means you can tap into different combinations depending on the scenario you find yourself in, e.g. dating, with family, at work, in creative mode.
